This is a print and go! No fuss! No fluff! Time saving unit! Technology is incorporated. To find the prompt desired all you need to do is click the title in the table of contents. I also have a hyperlink in the table of contents to the 3 pages which are editable. These three editable pages are at the end of the document— no scrolling needed. Pretty cool right!

All pages are in portrait layout.
If desired print front to back. Each prompt has a second page which is not necessary however, provided for those who write more.
Super cute cover page for a packet is included.
There are three pages which are editable. Each has a frame, border, and lines to write on. These “editable” pages do not have any other graphics. The font is embedded and you will be unable to adjust any graphics.
